Losing weight is 85% what you eat and 15% excersise. You don't even have to excersise BUT it's much better for your overall health and wellbeing and it strengthens your bones against aging. Heck, it's great for everything-everyday living, sex, mental health, etc. So, WW uses the points system. I write everything down. Everyday. And I'm under my WW goal now for 2 years. You can do that or count calories but you have to pull back on the quantity. It's ok to be hungry. There's always another meal. And stop eating when you tummy is no longer hungry (NOT FULL). There's my wisdom.
