Hi Zumba Lovers!

I took the Zumba Basic I course in Parker, CO on Friday, July 22!!! It was 9 to 5 Zumba and it rocked!!! I am 69 years old and I basically had the time of my life!!! Now I have lots of Zumba tapes to practice with! Hope you guys are enjoying Zumba as much as I am. I thought at the beginning of the class...I should pace myself. but the music just pulled me out and I just went full out the whole day!

I love Zumba!!!
