I really can't say. Are these old injuries? Are you in pain anytime or just when excersising? I have back issues in the same area and live in fear of a bulging disk, so I began personal training over a year ago to stregthen my back and core and prevent injury. As a Zumba Instructor, now, I cannot get hurt, it would be bad for business. When I was learning Zumba from others, my mode of opperation was- if it hurts, stop, if it doesn't hurt, it's ok to do it.
