Try a Basis 1 workshop and see if you'd like to teach Zumba. I knew the first day I took class that I should be teaching. It's like the Holy Grail--getting paid to excersise when it doesn't feel like excersise. Love it.

WW gave me the tools and Zumba gave me the motivation and confidence to keep going. I'm happy with who I am now.

I've only attended 2 classes so far, but I think I'm on my way to an addiction as well. This is the only form of exercise I've ever done where I wasn't watching the clock; as a matter of fact, when the class ended, I was a little sad...
whew!!! i'm glad i'm not the only one who's hooked on zumba! my family thinks i'm crazy, but i just can't wait till i can do zumba! three classes a week at the ymca, the dvds, and the zumba fitness for wii!!

I have a serious problem with ADD. I took the classes when they first started at LOA. I was going to quit as soon as I couldn't follow along. Well, 2 months later I'm hooked! I attend 4 classes a wk. and do the DVDs at home on the off days. Love it,and surprise, I'm good at it!
Hi, just wanted to post to anyone who will read this that I am truly addicted to Zumba!! I attend 3 classes a week in my area and just love the way I feel afterward. I am starting to see a huge difference in my body and love it! Thank you to Zumba for changing my life for good!!!
