Looking for a little info. I have two left feet when it comes to doing Zumba. I have a couple of the DVD's that I kept as the free gift when I order Zumba and then returned it because I got discouraged.
So I've been REtrying to Zumba with that DVD. I sweat because of all the movement. I don't feel like I'm doing anything with my Abs when I'm doing the moves, is that because I'm so full of fat that I don't feel it, or does it matter if I feel it working, as long as I'm moving and trying to do the moves, will I still get the benefit.
Have been considering getting the Zumba for Wii and wondered if that would help me improve my steps, if it has some sort of tracking on it that lets you know if you do the step correctly or not.
I tried a Zumba beginner class and was so lost that I didn't even work up a sweat at that one, so I never went back. Bad part of living in a small town, you get really embarrassed because of all the skinny people you know there that are doing it all the right way and you look ridiculous. Very discouraging.
Any suggestions or helpful hints?
