I bought a new belt with a great buckle the other day. Now my goal is to maintain this weight at least through the holidays.

Kim, treat yourself to a great massage or facial, or both. Whatever you choose, make it non food related.

I set smaller goals so that I could encourage myself with rewards more often. My first goals reward is a massage. A good looong one! LOL!

You might want to break it up just a bit more, like for every 5 pounds. Each pound is really a lot, so celebrate them being gone. And I would think twice about a tattoo, but that's just me. It costs a lot more to have them removed than put on and they are forever. Maybe you can think of something that's ongoing and rewarding at the same time, like a theater or sports subscription. Any thoughts?

I like the idea of portioning out your weight loss rewards. I need to lose 28lbs. I'm down 2 so I've decided that at 10 I'll do dance sneakers, 20 new zumba gear, and when I reach my goal weight I'll get my wrist tattoo done :)

I broke up my goals in 5% portions. Figure out 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, etc of your weight to lose and for each one you get to buy or do something fun/nice for yourself. I bought pretty earrings once, a new belt ( to show off my waist), getting a pedicure or a facial, maybe a massage? I'm sure you can make a list, write it in a journal and look to reach each goal. Try to dress your best everyday, don't settle for shlubby clothes thinking no one is looking. Allow yourself to be seen. It will kepp you focused on your goals.

I haven't decided what I am doing for my mini goals, but when I've lost 75 pounds, which is half of my ultimate goal, I am going to get my wrist tattoo.
I haven't decided entirely yet what I want to do for my main goal.

My short term goal is to lose 10 lbs 4 times.. but when I get down to 150 I'm rewarding myself with the new balance toning shoes!

Oh, yes, your feet will shrink too. I'm now back to 6.5-7 instead of 7.5-8. It is much less painful to shop at smaller sizes, indeed.

My husband wants to buy me custom made shoes. I told him I should wait til I reach goal in case my feet get thinner. So that will be it. Pretty cool, huh?

What a cool idea!! When I hit my 15lbs lost, my mom and I went to have Pedicures done, and I got this really cool design on my toes.

That's a great goal!! When I lost 25-27 pounds I bought some really pretty earring for myself. You know, the big medallion drop earrings? And of course, I've had to buy lost of clothes-jeans, bras, even new panties. I'm now down over 30 pounds. I have about 3-4 more to go. I love getting paid to excersise, too by teaching Zumba. Because we all know it doesn't feel like excersise.

I find that sharing my goals makes me more accountable! What is your reward for hitting your next goal??
My goal is getting under 150 pounds and my reward for that will be new dance/zumba shoes and new pair or workout/yoga pants. I only have eight pounds to go to get there!
So c'mon and share.... What is your next reward?
