I broke up my goals in 5% portions. Figure out 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, etc of your weight to lose and for each one you get to buy or do something fun/nice for yourself. I bought pretty earrings once, a new belt ( to show off my waist), getting a pedicure or a facial, maybe a massage? I'm sure you can make a list, write it in a journal and look to reach each goal. Try to dress your best everyday, don't settle for shlubby clothes thinking no one is looking. Allow yourself to be seen. It will kepp you focused on your goals.
