Yogurt, or piece of fruit. Bananas are always a good choice. And if you eat within two hours after you burn all those calories a few more extra will burn off as well. Not a bad deal for dancing the calories away huh?

Hi. I recently started Zumba- going to my third class today. The class is from 4:30 to 5:30pm. I want to eat something before the class, but I want to eat light, since the class I take is very fast paced. What do you folks like to snack on.?
