I enter it as Kickboxing (TurboJam). If you've ever done TurboJam, you will know that it is about the same intensity! Buttkicking! LOL.

I do the same as DORMCCLURE, a combination of high and low impact aerobics.

I entered Zumba under my favorites. I wear a watch that monitors my heart rate and calories burned during class. So I enter the amount of time exercised and calories burned.

I usually use a combo of high and low impact aerobics depending on how much work I did. So I'll enter 30 min high and 30 min low, or 45min high, etc. Hope that helps. I think the amt of calories can vary so much depending upon what kind of workout you get. emoticon

ok, i'm doing Zumba on saturday mornings and I keep trying to enter it on my fitness page but it cant find zumba. Any alternative to entering it or what do i do?
