I once walked out of an aqua aerobics class. Just not challenging enough for me. I did not disrupt the class, instead I made a quite departure. Don't feel badůsometimes it happens.

I understand your thought or feeling you had when you walked out but remember your paying, it's your body and if your not comfortable with your surroundings, it's okay to take a stand and do what's best for you. It's too bad this happened, try to move on. Hope all goes well for you next time. emoticon

I have done the same thing if I really didn't feel I was getting a good workout or if it was just too much against the way I move. Don't worry about it. You're paying for something and you have to vote with your feet.

On Mondays I see one of my favorite Zumba instructors at my gym. She only teaches Mondays, so I always make it a point to go. But instead, a woman that I didn't know walked in, and said she was subbing.

Now, I either love a Zumba instructor or hate him/her. I had a bad feeling about this woman, but I told myself to give her a shot and stayed for the class.

After the warm up, my doubts increased. I wasn't warm. We had barely moved, and when we did move, we moved SLOWLY. The woman had absolutely no enthusiasm. It was like she was sucking all the energy out of the room. I stayed for the warm up and a couple of songs. Then I left. I had been there 20 minutes and I hadn't broken a sweat.

I have NEVER walked out of a Zumba class, even when I hated the instructor. I also felt badly because I was right in the front row as far from the door as possible, which makes an inconspicuous exit impossible.

But it was just a waste of time. As I left, three other people followed me out saying the same thing. I feel kind of badly, though.

Have you ever walked out on a class?
