I once walked out of an aqua aerobics class. Just not challenging enough for me. I did not disrupt the class, instead I made a quite departure. Don't feel badůsometimes it happens.

May the sweet smell of "Scentsy" be with you always!

I understand your thought or feeling you had when you walked out but remember your paying, it's your body and if your not comfortable with your surroundings, it's okay to take a stand and do what's best for you. It's too bad this happened, try to move on. Hope all goes well for you next time. emoticon

I have done the same thing if I really didn't feel I was getting a good workout or if it was just too much against the way I move. Don't worry about it. You're paying for something and you have to vote with your feet.

WW gave me the tools and Zumba gave me the motivation and confidence to keep going. I'm happy with who I am now.

On Mondays I see one of my favorite Zumba instructors at my gym. She only teaches Mondays, so I always make it a point to go. But instead, a woman that I didn't know walked in, and said she was subbing.

Now, I either love a Zumba instructor or hate him/her. I had a bad feeling about this woman, but I told myself to give her a shot and stayed for the class.

After the warm up, my doubts increased. I wasn't warm. We had barely moved, and when we did move, we moved SLOWLY. The woman had absolutely no enthusiasm. It was like she was sucking all the energy out of the room. I stayed for the warm up and a couple of songs. Then I left. I had been there 20 minutes and I hadn't broken a sweat.

I have NEVER walked out of a Zumba class, even when I hated the instructor. I also felt badly because I was right in the front row as far from the door as possible, which makes an inconspicuous exit impossible.

But it was just a waste of time. As I left, three other people followed me out saying the same thing. I feel kind of badly, though.

Have you ever walked out on a class?
