On Fridays there is a teacher I love in the morning, and a teacher I love in the evening. If I can get to both, I do. I typically don't work out on Saturday, so I just think of it as two different days. :)

When I can, I will do two classes a day. Since I have a cranky knee, I have to moderate my workout-no jumping. But you are right, one class doesn't always seem like enough!!

Yeah, the toning dvd and sticks are great. I think the dvd is about 45mins so I will add Zumba express to make it a little over an hour long workout. It is nice to find something I look forward to doing everyday. A nice substitute to coffee in the morning to wake me up!

I only do it twice a day if I'm teaching. Otherwise, I think once a day is enough. Try Zumba Toning for a increased challenge.

Okay so I have been addicted and think about Zumba when I am not working out! Silly right lol?!? Well I did my hour workout this morning and was thinking about doing another hour this afternoon. Does anyone else every do this? I shouldn't overdo it but I have so much energy from doing this program that I want to!
