I just started Zumba myself. One reason I started Zumba was because I hit plateau. I thought maybe it was time to switch up my cardio exercises. I now take classes instead of working on the treadmill and other machines. I am hoping in time that I will start losing weight again. I think you should just give it time to kick in. Good Luck! Anne

:p "Computers, can't live without them and Can't you can't upgrade them fast enough!"
As for my workouts, FORGET THE "No pain, No gain." this does not work for me. "I will do it until I'm sore, and then I will soar!"
You will love the DVD's. I have found that I plateau alot, I'm on one right now. I'm a very picky eater, so I typically don't follow "Meal Plans". I've been tracking everything on SP and found it very helpful. I have also started eating "healthier". One bit of advice I can give you, is to mix up the work-outs. I love the Cardio one, and would do it all the time, if I had that kind of time, everyday. My husband and I workout at least 5 days a week, if we can. Not very often to we go below, so weeks if just isn't possible. The moves may feel odd to begin with, just stick with, it will begin to feel comfortable in time. Remember, Zumba...it's what's moves you!!!
