I just got my DVDs last night and I was reading through the book and was interested in the 10 day weight loss, but it only gave meals for 5 days with no other options.
Has anyone tried this? Is there another book I could get to give me other options??
I have done WW and now I'm watching my calories, but I'm not lossing weight all that much so I'm guessing that it is my food intake that is giving me problems. So I thought this might help.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I did try the 20 min video this morning and it seems a little odd, but I'm sure the more I do it the easier it will get.
