I love Zumba and have been doing it about 2 months. I only do it once a week. I'd like to do it more but the intensity interferes with my strength training. Also, I only like one instructor who has two classes a week and only one of them fit in my schedule.
During school time I used to go to Zumba on Tues and Thurs evenings, but now I'm on vacation for 3 months, I am going Mon and Fri morning. I get in my hill walking during the week day mornings instead of the weekends. I really, enjoy the fun, the sweat and the friendships I have made.
First time doing Zumba. Did 20 minutes this morning and Zumba Party after work. Hope it continues to go well. It is fun but it makes my feet hurt with my sneakers. Socked is ok but I may have to find dance shoes.

I am currently doing all 60 minute classes. I teach Tues, Wed, Thurs, sometimes Friday, and Saturday. Currently cannot do more than that due to a recovering foot injury. Will do 2 classes soon on Wednesdays.
But if you are a student I'd stick with no more than once a day! That should do the trick!
