WooHoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so glad to hear about the colonoscopy and that it went well. Glad that you're back!!!! emoticon

I've gone up and and down several times since we last saw each other. Dropped a few pounds in January, but I haven't been as good as I should have been. Let's try and "spark" each other again!!!!

Hope Jack and Romy are okay. All is well here. We need and walk and coffee soon. emoticon emoticon

What say, Apple? I had a colonoscopy today. That means I had to fast since yesterday. Good start for a new lifestyle. Or maybe back to the old one. Anyway, I'm back too. Hope to find time to visit., Mostly, I really hope I can stop the insanity. I stayed with WW because I plateaued for 2 years. Felt that paying th $ was all that was keeping me on the plateau. I quit going, and slid right off the plateau and back to the old weight.

Never give up. I just doesn't work out.

Having a good day now. Test was clean. There will be more testing, but I'm sure I'll be fine.

Hey Laurel. Sorry I didn't welcome you back right away, but as you know life sometimes gets in the way of doing things that you want to do.

My computer died. It was a blessing because my hubby kept wanting to repair it with bandaids, but finally he had to realize that a 1990 computer has seen it's best days. So now I have an almost new computer which is far superior. WooHoo!

Next my hubby who went through esophagus removal for cancer and chemo treatments last year had another medical issue. They just did surgery to remove a spot on his kidney. Weird thing...they couldn't find the spot which they said doubled in size over three months. Anyhow the pathology comes back from the tissue that they did remove and we'll see if they found any cancer.

I'm glad Lila is well again and back in school full time! I hope all her problems are behind her (and you).

I had a good laugh when I read about your new love because on first glance I read it as "black jeans and green peppers". OMG what a combo! Congrats on discovering YOUR new love!

Glad that you're getting back to what makes you feel good...exercise and eating well. It just proves that you know what to do and no matter what life throws at you, you can find your way back to the healthy life. Good deal!

I know we're not too far from each other and I would love to meet you sometime. If the weather keeps cooperating, we could meet, walk and talk. I'm between 13-Normandy-Woodward-Coolidge. Afternoons and evenings would work best for me (except Thursday). Let me know if this sounds good to you.

WELCOME BACK!!!!! emoticon emoticon

I'm back!!!! Life is slowing down at the homefront and my daughter is back at school full-time! :) I have rejoined my gym (Lifetime Fitness) and have decided to take on a vegetarian diet (with the help of a nutritionist). I have discovered my love of black beans and green peppers! :)

If any of you have a lifetime membership, I would love to work out with you some time! I can rarely make the early morning walks because of my Lila but I am open to meeting in an afternoon or evening sometime!

So... let's get this party started!!!! :)

Laurel

The only difference between a rut and a grave is the depth.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
