I somehow missed this topic...even though it is the third sticky topic. Not sure how that happened, but I am going to start using it. I am going to make Sundays my weekly weigh-in day. I have gone up 6 pounds according to my last weigh-in last week. I will weigh again on Sunday and post it here. I am, yet again, starting over.

I just saw this. I also weigh in on Sunday. I lost 2.8 pounds as of this past Sunday, but I'm not going to get too cocky- have a way to go and don't want to lose the momentum of working out.

I gained 2 lbs. I am actually surprised its not more. Oh I know...its your birthday Diana, don't sweat it....wrong. I need to grasp this now. not make excuses.

I almost was going to "not mention it" because...really--who would call me out on it?? Not my Sparkettes, they are too polite. (sweet too!) but I sucked it up and got on the scale knowing the weekend I had.

New week, New result.

I am going to start this thread as a place where I can be held accountable. I am going to Weigh In every Sunday, since that was the day I posted my first post here.

Ladies, you decide on what day---and lets write in lbs plus or minus once a week.

I figured this is a basic part of this journey...perhaps it will keep us on track.
