I somehow missed this topic...even though it is the third sticky topic. Not sure how that happened, but I am going to start using it. I am going to make Sundays my weekly weigh-in day. I have gone up 6 pounds according to my last weigh-in last week. I will weigh again on Sunday and post it here. I am, yet again, starting over.

I gained 2 lbs. I am actually surprised its not more. Oh I know...its your birthday Diana, don't sweat it....wrong. I need to grasp this now. not make excuses.
I almost was going to "not mention it" because...really--who would call me out on it?? Not my Sparkettes, they are too polite. (sweet too!) but I sucked it up and got on the scale knowing the weekend I had.
New week, New result.
