Sunflower: Chantix was a miracle worker on me too. I also reverted to higher powers. My addiction was way too big for me to handle without divine intervention.
Cynthia: THANK YOU for joining our leadership team! It takes a village!! You are a great addition so we can keep this ball rolling.

I'm on 2 diets cause I don't get enough food on just 1!!
Great job keeping that quit for nearly 3 months!
Quitting is tough, but it sounds like you are doing the right things to stay quit. Keeping busy is key! I discovered walking to be a great crave buster.
Keep on keeping on!

I quit almost 3 months ago..I did it with Chantix..It was amazing! I could never quit before using Chantix. And I tried everything! But I find that now, I am craving cigerettes alot lately! So when I do I chew gum, or get busy with doing something until the urge passes. It's Not easy to quit, BUT keep hanging in there All of you who have. It's a Battle worth winning! Thanks for all the encouragement I have recieved. It is essential for all of us to have People encourage and help us in times of need! Sometimes knowing that someone understands how you feel or what you are going through sure helps!I am so Thankful, when someone reaches out to me. And I hope that I can also reach out to help others in return. God, give us all the strength to handle each day!
May God Bless You in Every Area of Your Life!
