OK, the planet is still here, and SO IS YOUR FAT, so WHAT are you doing to "rapture it" somewhere ELSE? Without ever walking into a gym, or getting onto any exercise equipment, I have lost a total of FOUR pant sizes!! HOW? I work six days a week on this house, and that burns THOUSANDS of calories a day. YOU DON'T NEED A GYM, the ONLY equipment that you need is a building, or gardening project, and THEN the DISCIPLINE to NOT USE EVERY POWER TOOL BUILT. I mix the concrete that we throw BY HAND, even though I have a cement mixer in perfect working order not fifty feet away.
Talk about a core workout, go ahead and mix twenty sacks of ready mix, in a wheelbarrow with a hoe and shovel in a day, and see what progress you make.
AND BEFORE YOU START WHINING, I am a 61 year olf Female with ARTHRITIS in my lower spine!!! If I can work out, SO CAN YOU!! Perhaps NOT to the level that I do, but you CAN "BREAK A SWEAT". If you don't do that, you are not going to accopmlish much on your journey. THE DRILL SGT. is BACK!!! Brie
