emoticon - at weigh in this morning I stayed the same.

I started exercising again 15 minutes on the exercise bike and 12 minute video of seated abdo and core exercises by Nicole. I can feel the pain already in my legs and tummy.

Still no exercise! On Wednesday evening I went out for dinner and ate pasta in a creamy sauce. I should not eat pasta. Hopefully it's only a temporary gain!

emoticon I had lost 600 grams at my weigh in this morning. The scale has started moving in the right direction again.

I have used the exercise bike, done seated cardio and core exercise, resistance band and wall pushups today. Over 30 minutes all up.

Been away due to my Aunty's death, and have lost weight now 16.9Kg in all...it paid off to keep exercising and eating right even though the scales refused to budge for 6 days straight!!

Wed exercise = 30 mins bike ride
Thurs " = 30 mins bike ride plus 60 mins walk
Today = 20 mins walk

Exercise 30 mins Qigong - working with dvd . Despite very difficult week with CFS my weight this morning was 97.1 kgs . S very pleased !!

29/3 - 77.25 kilos, gain of 250grams
1/4 - No Zumba due to Easter
5/4 - 76.25 kilos, loss of 1 kilo


Height 163cm = 5 foot 4 inches.
Highest weight 81 kilos = 178.6 lb, Dec 2005.
SP Start Weight 8th July 2006 78 kg = 172 lb
HALF WAY 17th September 71.5 kg = 157.6 lb
June 2007 reached original goal 65 kg = 143 lb
July 2007, 62 kilos = 136.7 lb
December 2008 72 kilos = 158.7 pounds.
December 2009 78 kilos = 172 pounds!!! Going the WRONG way!
December 2010 77 kilos = 170 pounds.

Don't be discouraged Maz, it will happen. There are any things that interfere, especially fluid, with weight loss. You are doing the right things so it will happen.

No weight loss again today.....5 days in a row now = no change....bit disheartening!!! emoticon

On the exercise front...revved it up a bit to...

Treadmill emoticon

6mins @ 6K's / hr + 6 mins @ 4K's / hr alternating in 1 min intervals +

18 min @ 5K's / hr

So still 30 mins total, but mixed it up so hopefully I will budge this stubborn fat!!!

Don't be hard on yourself Jenye any exercise is better than none. 5 minutes is great. Have to start slowly and work up to be able to do more.

I find I can only do 10 mins on my elliptical machine or my hips (slight Osteo arthritis) plays up a lot and I am unable to walk for days without a lot of pain. so I only do 10 mins or no more than 40 mins of Tai Chi - Qi Gong. you just have to find what you can do and what you like to do.

Exercise today...

Walked on Treadmill for 2.24 Km = 30 mins @ 4.7 Km/Hr emoticon

Can't wait to ride my bike again...left it at my Mum's as it is very hilly where I live and very flat where she lives....makes sense to me...LOL

emoticon this Monday noted a 2kg increase making me over 90kg again. I have only myself to blame as my resistance was very low yesterday and forthe Easter break.

Back on track again today


Seated abdo and core exercises, resistance band exercises and 5 minutes wall pushups.
