My weight is still tending in a generally-down direction. My High is 233, and I've been as low as 227... well, the other day I was 225.6, but I think the battery is going out on the scale and I need to check that. Usually you can step on the scale three times and get the same weight all three. This time I stepped on the scale and got 225.6, but then an E; the second time was 226.8, and I tried it a third time (again, it usually gives you the same weight, and I was concerned about the health of the scale) and got 227.6. So I'm not giving much credence to the low weight. I was 232 today, but I went to Mr Gatti's Pizza Buffet last night so I expected it.
I posted to my blog here that I seem to be Bear Clan (as one commenter put it) -- I gain weight in the Fall and Winter, and lose it in the Spring and Summer. The trick is to lower the range -- two years ago it was a low of 245 and a high of 272, last year it was a low of 228 and a high of 242. So this year I am hoping for a low of 215 and a high of 235...
