We're getting some beautiful weather, time to get out and do some walking or running, get back into good strength and conditioning habits.
We have a regular Challege in the Challenge and Motivational Forums. Nothing to it. You get points for weight loss, cardio work, strength work, supporting other Team members, and bonus points for doing well on a given day. Points add up as you compete against other Challenge members.
Alas, we only have two members signed up. That does not make the Challenge as exciting as it might be.
