Wow. I have been having so much fun (note the extra pounds) that I almost forgot I had promised to run a Challenge, Yule to Imbolc.
I'm reviving the name "Compact By Candlemas". We need to spend the rest of the Holiday season watching our pounds, not judging ourselves for watching them add up.
Last year I found myself at 272 pounds on January 15. As of this morning I'm 244. I've been down as low as 228... but look at the long-term goals, and I'm almost 30 pounds lighter than I was last January (and need to make sure I stay that way for another month, LOL).

You get 10 points for every pound you lose (from the weight you were at the start of the Challenge) -- and you DON"T subtract points for weight gained, we don't play negative games here. You get a point for every 10 minutes of cardio workout, a point for every 10 reps of a weight/strength workout, a point for every encouraging word you give to a team member (1 point per message, and it's on an honor system), and -- if your points add up to 15 or more for a day -- you get to add in your daily Login Bonus Spin.
