MISSG - Just letting you know, you are not alone. I am running low on faith and energy myself. This time of year is very hard for me when it is darker longer. I have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and previously took prescription meds to help from October through February (my bad months). I recently stopped taking all my prescription meds. I am taking vitamin D3 to help with the SAD and the depression it brings, and just started talking one in the morning and one at night, instead of just one in the morning. It doesn't help that I have had some difficult issues with my job. Hang in.

MISSG, it sounds like maybe you're exactly in keeping with the cycle of the year! This is the darkest time of the year, the PMS of the year, the go-inside-and-clean-out-old-to-make-room-f or-new time of the year, Shadow time of the year. There's other times to be comfortable inside so we can go play outside, ya know? I'm working with a book called "Dark Moon Mysteries" by Tim Roderick for this dark half of the year. Is there some inner work that is calling to you that you are maybe not heeding as of yet? That has been my story when I feel disconnected, anyway.
Pick a prayer or spell or mantra that appeals to you and do it every day. See if that changes. Being Indopagan myself, I find chanting to Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, is a good on in times like these. Om gam Ganapatayei Namaha.

do you live somewhere where you can go and sit outside, and just meditate and re-connect? I have found that doing so (or if the weather isn't cooperating, meditating indoors with one of the kitties) can be very beneficial in times of need. Think about all the things that drew you to your faith initially. Do they still ring true to you?
