I'M BACK!! Merry meet my old dear friends and all the new ones also!
Samhain will be this week already, so not really reaching any challenge goals, but I can promise I will gather 200 fitness minutes & drop 2 pounds....
Lots have happened in my life...but I am almost ready PERSONAL TRAINER!!! Will graduate on February 2012!!! WOOOOT!!
I have had this pinched nerve on my lower back&left leg now for over 3 weeks, meaning NO training :/
Im trying to get back on track with baby steps now, so all the support & healing energy sent my way is much appreciated TY! :D

ok, I'm running a little late, again, but I'm ready this time AND have actually figured out my computer (i hope) for downloading the spreadsheet. Am sending my e-mail request to send me a copy of the sheet.

I overcame my spiritual obesity, now for the physical!
