You get 10 points for each pound lost
1 point for each 10 minutes of cardio work (limit 18 per day)
1 point for each 10 reps of weight work (limit 18 per day)
1 point for each message you write supporting other members of the Pagan Place team
...and if you collect 15 or more points on a given day, you can count your Login Spin points...
Team Member Amanda set a new record in the last Challenge, with over 2,200 points. (I'm not sure anyone had broken 1,000 points previously...) She also lost about 30 pounds, so performance equals success.
