I am not sure about the rest of you, but I have noticed my scale is not budging on the number amount.. and when it does move it seems to go up. However, I also measure my waist and hips... sometimes thighs, and those numbers are going down.
Though my true question is are you guys going by the number on your scale, or the image you see in the mirror?
I use to be solely focused on the number, but now I have found I not only stay with it longer, enjoy it more, and over all feel better about myself when I go by what I see.
& I see my stomach getting flatter ( not where I want it to be YET.. but getting there.) my legs are becoming more defined with muscle tone( That lil space of air between the legs is starting to make a reappearance.
Just thought I would throw this out here and see what you all have to say on it.
