I recently experienced my first major set back in my fight against emotional eating but this time instead of giving up I realized what I had done, shook it off and kept going. Before I just would have looked at my setback as failure and given up. This time I recognized that mistakes happen and it doesnt mean that I have failed, just that I am human!

Congrats on the weight loss!!! I wish I could pick/choose where on my body I wanted to loose weight from, LOL!!
Good for you. Continue eating light and drinking water. Notice what kinds of food make you ill and keep a record for a while. It could just be your body's natural reaction to hot weather, but it could also be something else going on that might benefit from medical attention.

I lost 2 pounds and an inch in the waist and hips. I did another post yesterday and some of the people who responded seem to be under the impression that i am perpousfully starving myself. I made sure to visit a couple of their sites to let them know that i have tried to eat but keep getting sick. I don't know why the heat and humidity does this to me but it does. I wish i could eat lol. It is relativly cool this morning so i had a breakfast of yogurt, apple and multi-grain toast. I am drinking my water right now and typing out this post. I am happy i lost 2 more pounds and 2 more inches. The inches were not where i wanted them to be but it'll work. Have a great day all
