As opposed to the winter where I seem to ALWAYS want to eat, especially those "COMFORT" foods, I too have trouble eating when it is really hot.
Lately though I've been using my "Ninja" blender and mixing up cold drinks that include lots of fruits & vegetables. Add ice and it makes a cool drink that helps beat the heat too. Since I tend to run low on proteins I've started using whey protein powder to help balance the nutrition. Some days I'm a little low on carbs but this helps me tremendously.
