It sounds like you have a full plate to deal with. Teenagers are great but useless when it comes to help sometimes. What you might want to take a few minutes out even if it is locking yourself in the bathroom and spend sometime meditating and refocusing on what is important. Can the laundry wait while you spend some quality time with your kids, even if it is between loads laundry. I have two that are grown and raised them with help. I found that I was in more balance if I craved out time for them. You could play cards or something with you and your 3 year old against the teen or even watching a movie together. Everything else will still be there after you have recharged and gained your balance. Joyous Solstice. Brightest blessings and warm hugs.

This sthing is the one thing i don't have today......BALANCE. I feel like a train going off the track and with no breaks. Today has been a very busy day and i haven't had a rest yet.
I am typing line in between laundry, chasing a 3-year-old, and yelling at my teen to help me. I have such a long way to go and i do hope it gets better. Have a happy summer solstice all
