Oooo, no problem, sweetie! Believe me, there isn't a person on this website that doesn't understand your feelings. Just hang in there, do what you're doing, and things will turn around for you. You're not in competition; you're on a journey to better health. My advice to you is to relax, make sure you're drinking those 8- 8 ounce glasses of water, and watch your sodium intake. I know when it's really hot, I crave salty foods for some reason. :)
i aremember feeling like that when i was sticking to my diet and was pretty pleased with myself and suddenly the scale went in the wrong direction.............i dont know what or how that happens but someone suggested that because i was exercising i was building muscle. and it was muscle weight and just stick with the program, do a different exercise and like the ladies said, drink water............sure enough..........it all dropped back off. good luck
We all have stagnation on our journey and seasonal changes don't help...just keep plugging along and remember this is more about the journey than the numbers on the scale...as the journey progresses, you will lose the weight you want.

2. sometimes heat makes us retain fluid until our bodies get readjusted. Some things to help with this:
Mint, dandelion, fennel, or nettle tea.
nice epsom salts and/or herb bath
Venting is okay, that is what these teams are here for. Are you getting enough water. I know myself even if I am eating right and not drinking my water my weight doesn't change or worse I gain. Don't give up. I am sure if you keep at it you will see results.

I tell you...i am so fustrated right now. I have been making sure i eat healthy foods and in the right caloric range and i still gained 5 pounds!!! what the heck. The heat has made it almost unbearable to do any exercise at all. To accomodate that i reduced my caloric intake because of non-movement. WOW it's going to take a mericle to get me to loose weight consistantly. Have a great day all. just needed to vent
