Fyrstorme,

Sometimes I think the Mother gives us both tears and laughter as a means of pure healing. Tears, like water, cleanse and purify. They don't always come from sadness. And laughter, like fire, comes from our very inner core, reignites us, and gives us energy. Both release tension. Both mark some sort of emotional event. You were blessed to be visited by both of these elements (just don't start to steam emoticon )

Thanks for sharing your experience!

Stay Sparked,
Mary

The times that I cry for no apparent reason to be very cleansing and refreshing. I sometimes while crying have gotten insight into situations. I always love a good cry it is like a good belly laugh. So cathartic.

Today and yesterday have been awesome for me but this morning i started with the watter works again and then i started laughing histerically but whatever it was it was truely funny to me. The tear and crying were not of pain or sadness just that tears and crying. Sometimes when this happens it leaves me confused for a while and other times i feel like i can take on the world..What do you guys think about all of this??????
