njordgal, I guess that really means I shouldn't post my mom's cream cheese cheddar chili ham dip should I...lmao. I can't even eat it anymore b/c I'm a vegetarian...
1/2 can chopped chilis
1 tub plain cream cheese, softened
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can hormel "light" ham (hey at least the ham's light)
beat cream cheese with mixer, add in the rest and beat until smooth (can use food processor. Can also break ham up with a fork to help wtih mixing.)
bake at 350 for 25 min or until bubbly and golden on top
