I currently have 8 and a half. Including a tribal sun, pentagrams and moons around my wrist, and I am currently working on a autumn oak tree that covers my back and arm. It still has 8 hours to go, but is beautiful so far. Check it out so far on my blog---
I love getting tattooed, the process its self is spiritual to me. I have 9 tattoos in total. I have an ankh on my hip, me and my son as mermaids on my shin, and I have a diamond tattooed to my ring finger for my husband just to name a few lol.

On my upper left arm I have a tattoo of an ankh with a pentacle inside and my birthstone (peridot) in the middle. I don't have a picture of my tattoo but here's a link to the image that it's based on. www.paganpretties.com/pentankh%20ms. jp g
P.S. Many people postulate that these symbols were first tattoos due to historical records of their appearance, the nature of the stone they were carved on, and the nature of the drawings themselves. It seemed appropriate to me. I plan to get more pictish tattoos in the future.
I have one tattoo. I got it when I went to school in Scotland (waves at rattlegrasshare) and studied Celtic archaeology (specifically Pictish). This time marked a big change in my life because I met my now husband and he and I began our life together. Anyway, my main area of study was the significance of Pictish symbols carved on standing stones. While my work was scholarly, to me the symbol looks like something showing the link between the world above and the world below. Here it is: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v291/cam elliabramble/DSCF0545.jpg
You can learn more about the picts on their art with google. of course. :)

I have 1 tattoo above my left ankle. Spiral goddess with the tree of life and full moon on her belly with a greyhound on either side , sitting. Their necks curve in with the "out curve" of the goddesses belly. It's about 6 inches tall
My first tattoo is a Butterfly on my left breast, symbolising freedom... and the body and wings are made up from the face of a tiger - nose and mouth for body, and eyes, whiskers and surrounding face for the wings, this symbolising strength of Will, spontaneity and the ability to act quickly in difficult or unpleasent situations.
My second tattoo is on my lower back, and is one that my partner and I designed together. It's a triple Goddess in a tribal design, and was my gift to myself as part of my initiation into the craft.
And my third tattoo is just some silly thing that I did when I was young and silly - but it will eventually be covered with something meaningful...
Plus I will be getting the Chinese symbol for pisces with a snake wrapped around it on my ankle - my gift to myself for losing the weight that I need to lose to live a healthier, more spiritually aware life...
ooo horned-goddess that sounds fab, I'm going to get a small cat just under my ankle bone doing that thing cats do when they rub against something and they lift off their front paws (hope that makes sense)
Life is a site seeing tour, enjoy the scenery stop worrying about the destination.
The first tattoo I ever got (not so long ago, maybe 11 or 12 years ago) was a triple goddess, on my left arm. My left "breast" (some guys cringe at the word for a guy) has my wedding tattoo, a mama bear on a cliff's edge set against a full moon. And my right shoulder features a willow tree, symbolizing my "bend but don't break" philosophy. So yeah, I kinda think my tats are spiritual...
I overcame my spiritual obesity, now for the physical!
In 4 weeks time Im getting a triple goddess on the back of my neck and I found a picture of Brighid which I will get put on my back too- Im so excited, does anyone have tattoos that are inspired by their spirituality?
