My gym has different desk workouts printed out. And, I just started a 2 for 8 challenge. The idea is to get up and walk around for two minutes once per hour. Just that little bit of movement can add quite a few steps and make you more alert throughout the day.

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
My goal is to exercise... sounds simple huh? Well not so much 8-5 on my butt in an office and 5-8 being wife and mother... leaves NO TIME. So my goal this week is to search high and low for "in office" exercise options (at least until the winter ends) that will help me get somewhere...
The path I chose to take is my own... join me and walk beside me or get out of my way!
