My gym has different desk workouts printed out. And, I just started a 2 for 8 challenge. The idea is to get up and walk around for two minutes once per hour. Just that little bit of movement can add quite a few steps and make you more alert throughout the day.
The choices you make today will determine the path that your life will take.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
