es they do. I like the Zumba dance in the water, it is a lot of fun and it makes laugh a lot. Feel like I have two left feet, but I have fun. I also like the water arobics classes and you meet a lot of nice people.
I certainly hope to have more choices when I get close to my goal. When I lived in California I used to walk 10 miles a day now I can't even walk a half mile. I would like to be able to walk again. I don't think I will ever get to the ten miles again, but even two miles would be great.
I started on my journey last year in 2011 January, but my grand kids where here for the summer and got off track now I am having a hard time getting back on track. I had lost 88 lbs and then gained 20 lbs back and I don't want to go back up where I was. In January of 2013 I am going to be going to the YMCA to the water arobics for my exercise because I have a very hard time walking or standing very long because I have arthritis in my hip and knees. The weater is the only way I can get any exercise. So after the kids are back in school I will be at the Y in the warm water class. I am 66 years old until January then I will be 67. Not getting any younger so I have to do something to get this weight off. I am trying to beat the diabetes thing. I did bring down my A1C from 6.7 to 5.2 with what I have lost.
