Hey W! Like you I am back and trying to get back to it. It's wonderful that you are doing it with your hubby- GO S!!!! Joe isn't so supportive, he's a "feeder" and I'm tying to break him of the habit. Looking forward to seeing us both around here more!!!

Welcome back Sarah. Good to have you back. Keep moving is the secret. When you just can't get motivated to start, I promise myself 10 min only of tape or walk, By the time I start I am fine. Putting things off was my biggest hurdle. Use small tricks to get over it. Make a schedule. Follow your eating plan. When you have an urge for something and you have it just don't beat yourself up. But don't use it for an excuse that you already messed up!! I try to use the three bite rule when I am craving or out and want to try something. Good luck to you. You can do it. Have fun doing it and get rid of the guilt and stress.
Hi all, my name is Sarah, and I am sort of new here. I joined SparkPeople four years ago, but I didn't stick with it. Long story and a visit from my mom later, I decided I could no longer wait to make the changes I so desperately need. So, I started South Beach with my husband yesterday, and thought I'd check back in here. I am scared to death to fail, because it is just plain not an option this time. I do NOT, no, CAN NOT continue on this path any more. So I am starting over, this time with 50 more lbs to take off than what I started with last time. So last time I had 40 lbs to lose, this time I have 90. Anyway, feel free to send me a message or reply, I am definitely going to be working on getting out and getting moving. :)
