I am going through something similar with my daughter in law. She is not returning my calls, emails, etc. I miss my grandkids so bad. I haven't seen them for over a month. I have no idea what she thinks I did this time but it drives me nuts that she holds the key for me to see the kids.My name is Debbie. As some of you know I have a son deployed in Afghanistan. His girlfriend is causing some problems and not being truthful to my son and the last 3 times my son has talked with me it's about how I've been, suffocating her, rude, standoffish. I don't know what to make of it. Today he asked me to just stay away from her. I haven't been with her for 3 weeks. I stopped by and got my garbage permit out of his truck that she is driving, so I could take my garbage to the dump. She texted him and said that I was rude. I know in my heart that it is the enemy, coming to rob, steal and destroy. We had a great friendship up until the time He deployed she was going to church with me every Sunday at her request for me to pick her up. Please join me in pray. That the enemy would be bound and Christine would desire our friendship. Matthew (my son) wants us to be close, but my hands are tied. I reached out to her by phone last Thursday and asked her if she was comfortable with the way things are between us and she said not really. I said I wasn't either and told her when she wanted to talk to let me know. She said okay. So now it's in God's hands. But my heart is broken. I'd like to understand, But I truly believe this is a spiritual battle.
