I've been frustrated for over a year because I just
couldn't do more than 4 houses down and back! But I figured since I was so slow I should be going for distance more so than time. Well, I was wrong!
Doc kept trying to tell me to get 20 to 30 minutes of walking in three time a week even it meant breaking it up into several shorter walks. But I was so caught up in the making distance thing I guess it just didn't sink in.
When I compare the time spent going down that far and back to what I managed today a little here and there...there is no contest!
Why didn't this occur to me before?!
