It happens to all of us...for me, it's all about what I tell myself. I had to quit telling myself I can't and start telling myself I can (and believe it). Sounds too simple but it really works. And when my thoughts are chaotic, I do just what Carlannie said; I get out and walk, work on the yard, do whatever it takes to keep busy and that usually helps clear my head. You can do this!
