It happens to all of us...for me, it's all about what I tell myself. I had to quit telling myself I can't and start telling myself I can (and believe it). Sounds too simple but it really works. And when my thoughts are chaotic, I do just what Carlannie said; I get out and walk, work on the yard, do whatever it takes to keep busy and that usually helps clear my head. You can do this!

How do you get back on track after having a bad day/week/month?

It seems like PMS hormones have hit my hard this last week, and I've done nothing but eat and swell, but I feel like I don't know how to start again. Ideas?
