I found the calorie deficit report, thanks for letting me know about it! I now have a better understanding of how the weight loss process works. Now that I have an idea of how it works maybe I'll be able to make some progress. I really try to eat healthy most of the time, I tend to have problems with portion control and late night snacking.
My hubby actually bought me an air popper for xmas and popcorn is a favorite in the house. I had the same thing in mind for snacking, Actually when I went grocery shopping yesterday, I stocked up on fruits and veggies hoping that since I have a habit of snacking instead of torturing myself and removing the snacking I'd snack on healthy stuff. I've also decided that I can no longer eat past 8pm...hopefully that'll help because I have a habit of snacking up until bed time.
