Typically if a drink has an artificial sweetener in it, it doesn't count as water intake. Drats. Not sure of the scientific reasoning behind it, but probably because it has all the chemicals in it, which don't act the same way in your body as water does.
Ok we all know sprite zero.......calorie free/carb free/caffeine free/ basically everything free except 35 grams of sodium. Well compare this to bottled water.......it's basically the samething.
So could you count sprite zero *I drink it* as water or no? I'm sure it's better for you then regular soda or anything like that but listen I ran out of bottled water, we don't have any kind of filter, and tap water makes me sick.
