OK so the SP 15 minute desk workout, didn't feel like 15 minutes more like 5 lol. Maybe I went through it too quick and checked, I did all the workouts all the reps.
Is it getting too easy maybe? For a while there I did feel kind of dizzy but I've been low on vitamin D really low so that could be it too. Although I didn't exercise for a while because I was so exhausted I was sleeping 20 hours a day too lmao Idk what could it be?
