60 minutes of P90X after work, now off to rugby practice. Lot of young guys...trying to stay in contention in a rebuilding year. One month until the annual "old Boys game." You know you are really old, when some of the old boys are 15 years younger than you!!!

65 minutes back, bi's and abs.
The one thing I have learned as I got older (and had a couple of coins in my pocket) is life is too short to drink bad beer (or vodka).
Not only is it better going down, I feel much better the next morning. Covered the 6am shift for my vacationing supervisor today, came home to workout, and now a cocktail by the pool!!! Very productive for a Sunday!!!

Picked the hottest day of the year (supposed to hit 97) to start P90X. 50 minutes back and chest. 15 minutes ab ripper. My form was not great, but I could not have even thought about attempting this 6 months ago. Thank god my man cave is well air conditioned!!!!

35 minutes strength training, 25 on the bike. We are hosting 2 brackets of the round of 16 for our National club championships this weekend. The hard part will be watching several teams we lost to, but should have beaten compete on our pitch, while we work and watch.
