Aldis is my go to for fresh produce and frozen vegetables.
Also love their German coffee.
I don't eat chips, crackers, their bakery items, and other snacks.
Just thought of more items: Almond milk, eggs, low fat string cheese, half and half, and am certain I will think of more things.
YES! I love Aldis.

I buy alot of fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as canned vegetables. Tuna and salmon (canned). We got some frozen salmon the other day at Aldi's - alot cheaper than what we've paid at other stores so I can't wait to see how it is. I usually get milk & eggs too since they're generally cheaper than at the grocery stores.

milk meat pasta and produce also tuna maybe some soup at Aldi's after that i may go to Walmart

Paycheck was short so i have me hubby and our 2 year old to feed for 2 weeks on less than 75 dollars. (I need diapers, formula, and toilet paper from walmart) i just checked their sale ad and noticed everything on sale is pasta and chinese food. Neither of which are low calorie. I am trying to go as cheap as possible for as healthy as possible. Suggestions?!

25 lb goals at a time! Final goal weight of 190.
