4.5 hrs later...planted 2 coffee trees and a scotch pine, got LOTS of weeds pulled, scattered some sunflower seeds hoping the birds and mice don't find them, layed newspaper and covered with mulch around my cucumber hills, (too bad I couldn't find and Straight Eight seeds...thought I bought them) put my colored tomato baskets over the plants and cut a hole in the bottom of a 5 gal bucket and planted an upside down tomato plant...dh fixed up a hanger and helped me get the dirt and plant situated. Guess I should take a picture of it.
I'm bushed but feeling accomplished for sure!!

No foods with high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.
No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.
If an item has more than 10 ingredients it is too processed, I will not eat or buy the item.
