Today I go the kitchen completely done . Cupboards, pantry and pot and pans as well as baking items sorted out . Housemate will be home later and we will go throw the items that we have 2 or 3 of and donate .

get to feeling better - having problems with my upped migraine meds - may not be able to tolerate them which is what I'm seriously thinking. The night time dose is ok but this morning dose is turning into a no go as of this morning. I think 10 days is long enough to try.

My goal was to walk my dog twice - we did 4 miles today between our two walks. I froze but my dog was really having fun! So it was worth it.
Next goal - Leslie Sansone videos, at least one mile with her.
