Do you find little ways during the day to burn more calories? I do. My husband and I recently made an economic decision about walking places more because of gas prices and it has benefited us just in the first few days. Over four hundred more calories burned a day from walking to school and or work instead of driving. I also stand up every once in a while to jump around while watching TV. Playing with my son is a no brainer. On top of my daily cardio workouts which burn up to 500 calories in 40 minutes the walking is amazing! I love it and although I'm not going to school myself in an hour my son and I will accompany my husband on his walk to the school. So how do you find little way to burn more? OH an this weekend my husband bought me weighted gloves to use during kickboxing to burn more. They are amazing!
