I just got that Turbo Fire workout video and thats the workout for me now and every now and then I do some Zumba, , , and . You got to mix it up so You dont get burned out on the same workout style....
A little everyday adds up in the end, after all I didnt gain it overnight.
Unfortunately I work tonight, but I think I will be shoveling snow and if any other staff show up, I will be playing Hacky Sack. Sick of the snow, but I would think snow shoveling would be decent cardio. Plus heavy cleaning for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
