Oooh I DROOL over babygirl boutique but I haven't ordered anything yet! And Torrid also has some great stuff, though I tend to buy from ebay resellers rather than direct, as their international postage is really high.
Although they are not super "curvier gal" friendly, I also love Collectif Clothing from the UK, though some of their stuff's more "punk" than "pinup girl" they do have some great pieces:-
Not sure what the postage to the US is like, but they do have an astonishing sale on at the moment where stuff's stupid cheap and they do have bigger sizes tucked away amongst the sale stuff so it might be worth checking out.
(Nb - remember the difference between UK and US sizes if anyone is considering a purchase from Collectif - add approx 1-and-a-half sizes to your US size "number" to get the UK equivalent..... I'm a 12 or 14 in Torrid (US) sizes, I have 4 items from collectif and two are a UK 16, one is a UK 18 and (eek) one is a UK 20 (although the 20 was apparently mislabelled, phew!)
Another GREAT site for pinup dresses is Vivien of Holloway:-
I have her trademark halterneck polka dot dress in royal blue and white, and it's LUSH. Probably the most flattering thing I own, it's just a great cut for someone with hips 'n boobs. I notice she's doing a Hallowe'en pirate print now, oh, so tempted, lol... if you order something from this shop though, be VERY sure of your measurements, her clothes are cut with NO give, whatsoever....
And this is a FANTASTIC vintage lingerie site, "What Katie Did": my next "treat to self" purchase is DEFINITELY gonna be one of their repro 40s "bullet bras" for that "sweater girl" look methinks!
Hope you enjoy these, Sho x
