Hey!! What is that saying... a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step?? Pick a small goal, like walk around the block (you gotta walk the dogs right?!). I bet once you get going you will want to walk more than just a block. Then you can build on that momentum and cut back on your soda consumption. July will be here before you know it, don't regret not doing what you can do today to get ready! No more excuses!! (and hopefully since you wrote this a few days ago you are already up and at 'em).
