Hey!! What is that saying... a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step?? Pick a small goal, like walk around the block (you gotta walk the dogs right?!). I bet once you get going you will want to walk more than just a block. Then you can build on that momentum and cut back on your soda consumption. July will be here before you know it, don't regret not doing what you can do today to get ready! No more excuses!! (and hopefully since you wrote this a few days ago you are already up and at 'em). Keep me posted!

When I first moved to Colorado I was losing weight like crazy! I was going hiking almost everyday and walking my dogs everyday... Then the summer hit and it was a doozy!! We're talking temperatures in the 100's all summer here and I had no relief. My apartment at the time didn't have AC and fans just weren't cutting it so the dogs and I got lazy cuz it was just too hot to do anything and now that it has cooled down, I just can't seem to find the motivation to get active and get out again. Plus I've been eating and drinking soda HORRIBLY!!! I need to get back on track and I want to look great for when my Sailor gets home from deployment and for our wedding in July!!! HELP! I need motivation and I sure wish I had a workout partner!!!
