ok so after nearly 2 months of consistency here at SparkPeople I think I've got the food part down pretty well. I've only had a couple of days where I went over my calorie goals, and it was only by a little. Now if I can just focus more on the exercise aspect I will have it all going in the right direction!
I'm so glad hubbys job keeps him from being high on the deployment list. Been there done that and I don't like it. He does travel from time to time for short tdy and he's got a 6 week one coming up after the first of the year.
I'm holding steady around here though, even though he sits down after dinner with huge bowls of ice cream and soda. While I have my salad. So not fair.
How are your workouts going mcat830? I am stil in the midst of moving so I am separated from DH right now and then he will be in school constantly, so it should be a fun 2 years (with a 2 year old, it's especially fun).

Well, 90 days got changed to 180 days, which we feared would happen. 1 week down, 25 to go. I don't know if anyone else is "around" but just saying HI to the rest of the wives. Anyone else dealing with a separation right now?

Talking to myself (which I tend to do anyway! ) Today is day 1 of 90. I already miss him, but that's normal. I usually get pretty emotional at the beginning of any separation, and then when a routine sets in I start focusing on how soon he'll be home vs. how long he will be gone.
How is everyone else?

Just checking in, I know I am probably going to be around a lot soon. John starts his 90 days on orders on Monday, we are heading out of town this weekend to spend sometime with family before he goes. I am starting a new fitness plan on Monday- hoping that he comes home to a hot wife!!
Hi! My hubby is in basic training right now (Army). Few more weeks til we are there for his graduation! So excited! I've lost about 60lbs total since February 2012. Since hubby has been at basic training I am 20 lbs thinner than when he left - but have stalled the past 3 weeks. My goal is to get back on SparkPeople every day and track EVERYTHING again (I slacked off). My 2nd goal is also to get back into workouts consistently. At least 3 cardio days a week and I know I need to fit in at least one strength day for now and work it back up to a 2nd one. I'm visiting family in Florida and also have 2 little ones, 3 and 1 y/o so we're totally out of routine! UGH!
