I'm new to this team, but I think weekly goals might be more motivating. It's always difficult to plan a month at a time for me, I never know what life will throw my way!

So it appears that I am the only one posting weekly goals and I am curious if you would prefer to post goals for the month instead of every week? Or if you don't want to post goals at all... what are your ideas for sparking up this team? Let me know! :)
