Anyway, I figure it might save you from having to re-enter your background history in discussions like these. Or is SP preventing you from having a spark page?
Rereading what I wrote earlier, I mentioned that the mcps website was confusing as well. Maybe it's just me that finds so many websites remarkably confusing?

I'm a 65 yo with a history of heart problems, I have a pacemaker/defibrillator. I've been on SP for about 15 months, joining this team 3 months ago when I decided I needed more exercise than I was getting. I took up walking around my Colesville neighborhood, and have been able to get my time/distance in 1 day (I walk every other day) up to 70 minutes and 3-1/3 miles. The climbs up and down the hilly streets have helped me not only in weight loss, but also in increased stamina and fewer problems with other areas. I occasionally have short but incapacitating cases of gout (3-5 days). I've found I really enjoy walking!
Looking at the upcoming colder months, I don't relish walking in cold weather and maybe even the few days of snow we get. Most of my neighborhood is without sidewalks, so I have to walk the asphalt. Does anyone know if high school tracks in MOCO allow walkers?
